Our private paddling lessons are tailored to helping you learn the skills you need and how to look after yourself and your friends on the river. These lessons can either be 1-2-1 or for you and your friends, to make sure you get all the help you need to begin your journey right.

Develop your Kayaking skills with us on the Dee in Chester
This video shows two of our instructors paddling out from our base in Sandy Lane Park. They first check their boats fit correctly, and then get out onto the water with a short paddle to warm up. After this, they paddle down into the Chester City Centre, basking in the glory of the beautiful Summer's day and soaking up the views. Once in Chester, they take advantage of the rapids at the Chester Weir to practice advanced skills such as paddling drops and performing pirouettes!
